TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

I love what I do and what I create. I want to make my clients satisfied and happy with their purchases but there are a few things that must be written down to make things clear for everyone.

 

This document provides you (the "Buyer") with our Terms & Conditions on which we ("Seller") supply the handcrafted products ("Handcrafted Products") listed on our website www.gconceptdesigns.com (our "website").  When ordering any of our Handcrafted Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

 

 

I.               Buyer's Undertaking

 

By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of doing so.

 

 

II.              Our Contract 

 

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging the receipt of your order. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Handcrafted Product. Once your order has been accepted, we will confirm such acceptance to you by email confirming that the Handcrafted Product has been shipped (the Shipping Confirmation). The contract between us ("Contract") will be formed when we send you this Shipping Confirmation.

 

The Contract will relate only to those Handcrafted Products whose shipment we have confirmed in the Shipping Confirmation. We will try our best but might not be able to supply any other Handcrafted Products which may have been part of your initial order.

 

 

III.            Delivery & Shipping Options

 

We know that you'd like to receive your order as soon as possible. We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days. During sale periods and other busy times, shipment may take up to 5 days before shipping but rest assured we'll do our best to ship as soon as possible. 

 

Delivery times indicated on our website are an estimate only. We'd appreciate your feedback if you feel the shipment took too long to reach you. Please note that we do not control and are not responsible for any delays caused by postal services or customs clearance processes.

 

Your order will be shipped in a G Concept Designs box.

 

We ship to all European Union countries via Correos (Spanish Postal Service).  For shipment to countries outside of European Union, we ship either by Correos or by DHL, UPS or FedEx if you chose this express option.

 

For shipments to destinations outside the European Union, remember that your local authorities could charge you additional import duties and taxes.  It is your responsibility to pay these duties and taxes.

 

If, for any reason, you refuse a delivery, you might still be charged for duties and taxes. Your item will be returned to us but you will still be charged for the unpaid duties and taxes along with the additional shipping costs.

 

 

IV.            Risk & Title

 

The Products will be shipped at your risks from the time of shipping. 

 

 

V.              Price & Payment

 

The prices shown when you checkout include IVA (Spanish Value Added Tax) if applicable but do not include the shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due.

 

Payment are made securely online using major credit or debit cards. The credit/debit card that is used must be yours. By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

 

If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.

 

 

VI.            Refunds, Returns & exchanges - Cancellation Of Order

 

As a Buyer, you can cancel your order at any time within fourteen (14) working days, beginning on the day after you received the Handcrafted Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Handcrafted Products in accordance with our refunds policy.  

 

Please contact us by email to info@gconceptdesigns.com if you wish to return or exchange a Handcrafted Product. 

 

The Handcrafted Product(s) should be returned in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. All items must be returned within the same packaging as received, with security seals still in place and attached to the Handcrafted Products. Items with broken or removed security seals might not be refunded.

 

Making a  return  is simple and easy:

 

1.     Request a Return Authorization within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the Handcrafted Products by email to info@gconceptdesigns.com. 

Please be sure to mention the reason for Return: 

(1) Purchase Cancelation if you simply changed your mind,

(2) Defective Handcrafted Product if you found that, despite us having done our best, something is not right with the Handcrafted Product,

(3) Exchange if you think that you didn't choose the best Handcrafted Product for you and want an exchange.

 

2.     If possible, include a print-out of our email containing this Return Authorization in your package and send it back at your expenses, preferably by registered mail or trackable parcel service, to the address that we shall have provided in the Return Authorization within seven (7) days. 

 

3.     We will refund the item to the original Buyer's card account within seven (7) days of receiving the package.

 

When you return a Handcrafted Product to us:

 

(1) If you have simply changed your mind and cancelled within the fourteen (14) days period, we will refund the price of the Handcrafted Product, without the cost of shipping the item to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. 

 

(2) If you return a Handcrafted Product because you think that the Handcrafted Product is defective, we will examine the returned Handcrafted Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Defective Handcrafted Products will be refunded in full, including delivery charges for sending the item to you and cost incurred by you in returning the item. 

 

Please take note of the following:

·       We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings (or any other pierced jewellery).

·       Items should be returned unworn and in good condition, with the security seals still attached.

·       All returns over the value of €200 should be returned using DHL, UPS, FedEx or Registered Postal Service.

·       We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transport.

·       Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. 

 

 

VII.           Import Duties & Local Import taxes

 

If you order Handcrafted Products from our website for shipping outside European Union, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the goods are imported at the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. 

 

 

VIII.         Exceptional Events and Circumstances Outside Of Our Control

 

In case of events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event), you will understand that we are not liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performing any of our obligations. A Force Majeure Event includes event, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:

·       Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.

·       Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.

·       Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.

·       Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

·       Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.

·       The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

 

We will use our best reasonable endeavours to find a solution by which our obligations may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

 

 

IX.            Cookies

 

Cookies are small files that are temporarily stored on your electronic device, enabling our site to recognise your device the next time you visit our website. We reserve the right to use Cookies exclusively to collect information concerning the use of our website. Cookies contain no personally identifiable data, so the protection of your privacy is ensured. Depending on your settings, your Internet browser will automatically accept Cookies. However, you may change your browser settings at any time and choose to access our website without accepting Cookies. You may refuse to accept cookies by activating the setting on your browser which allows you to refuse the setting of cookies. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Website. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system might issue cookies when you log on to our website.

 

 

X.              Law & Jurisdiction

 

The rights of the parties and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under Spanish law. Only the Spanish Courts of Law shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between the parties regarding these terms and conditions or the goods, regardless of the nature, cause or place of dispute and regardless of any special sales conditions.
